ThroughLine Homes is the home sales company of ThroughLine Development, an architect-led affordable and workforce housing developer based in Denver, Colorado.
For years, ThroughLine Development has managed housing projects across rural and small-market Colorado, including completed modular homes in Leadville. Along the way we saw the same gaps over and over: buyers who couldn’t find the right model, factories without local site knowledge, and no one coordinating the whole process.
ThroughLine Homes closes those gaps. We sell factory-built homes and stay with each project through delivery and set, bringing the same architectural and development discipline we use on every ThroughLine project.
