02 — How it works
From first call to move-in.
Buying a factory-built home involves more than the home itself. We coordinate the model, the factory, the site and the set, so the pieces arrive in the right order.
- 01
Talk to us
Tell us about your site, your budget and who the homes are for. We’ll confirm what fits before you commit to anything.
- 02
Choose a model
Pick a plan and finishes. Our architecture background means we can adapt layouts to your lot, climate and local code.
- 03
Site and permits
We coordinate the foundation, utilities and permits with your local jurisdiction and contractor, so the site is ready when the home is.
- 04
Built in the factory
Your home is built indoors under controlled conditions and inspected before it ships. Weather doesn’t delay the build.
- 05
Delivery and set
The home is delivered, set on its foundation and finished on site, ready for final inspection and move-in.
